I had an issue cashing the echeck… I had an issue cashing the echeck (which was no fault of bing bong) Nate gladly assisted me in recieving the money offered for my phones in a different payment method. Nate was kind, efficient and very patient. I would definitely do business with them again!

Very poor customer support & service I was quoted $148 for an iPhone 6s Plus and received an email stating that the Phone was received and approved and that I would be receiving an e-check within 1 business day. It has been 4 business days since that email was sent to me and I have attempted to contact their support via email multiple times with no response. I'm getting quite impatient and fear my phone is now gone with nothing received on my end. Regardless of whether or not my check is ever received, the quality of support I received throughout the trade-in process was very poor.

After looking around and finding this company we decided to give them a try. Overall it was an excellent transa, CS gave us a custom quote quickly. They also sent a shipping label to send all of the phones together which help so we didn’t need to send 11 boxes.
