Horrible Company This was the worst experience I've had to date with online shopping, warranty is useless. Bought a Samsung phone, screen was falling off the phone out of the box but from a fuzzy pic they determined ,"user caused". I like Best Buy, where they sell but I'm just a bit dubious now

Payment received but it wasn't easy Update - after posting this - I received an email from the company and they sent me an echeck which they indicated was sent on 7/26 but it was not received, they also claimed to never seeing my multiple emails - claiming they went to their spam folder? Nonetheless I was paid but hardly a straightforward approach - I did say I would post an updated review but buyer beware, if they only respond to you if you post a poor review then...... I have sent numerous emails with no response and no payment - rec’d my phone 7/22 and still have not received payment - no way to get in touch other than email which they don’t respond to - SCAM! I AM REPORTING THEM TO BBB

Very poor customer support & service I was quoted $148 for an iPhone 6s Plus and received an email stating that the Phone was received and approved and that I would be receiving an e-check within 1 business day. It has been 4 business days since that email was sent to me and I have attempted to contact their support via email multiple times with no response. I'm getting quite impatient and fear my phone is now gone with nothing received on my end. Regardless of whether or not my check is ever received, the quality of support I received throughout the trade-in process was very poor.

Initial bad experience, Their support team came through. I sent these folks a pair of Samsung tablets at the end of July. There was a miscommunication about how they would pay me for my consignment and I didn't receive my payment until early December. It was an unfortunate mistake, but their support team sorted out the problem in less than a day. Thank you BBT support.

AWFULL EXPERIENCE!!!I do not recomment… AWFULL EXPERIENCE!!!I do not recomment .brought through best buy. charged my credit card,toldme it was shipped and 1 week later told me it was out of stock ,if i wanted another model. i wrote many messages with questions.None answered.my shopping experience sincerely turned to an absoute Nightmare. be aware if you see this name Cellular tech.be carefull
