GBUnprofessional Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place. Oh and the reply, now I get called a liar. I don't need to lie, what I need is 100 copies by the weekend. Go to yelp reviews check other peoples reviews. No need to lie.

GBNever use this company. Not only are they incapable of getting an order finished on time, they are rude. I recommend going anywhere else to get quality service and a good product. I will never use again.

GBRETRACTION-NOTHING LOST IN TRANSLATION AT "BISON DISC"- I posted a good review previously - this was before I received my CD's- Sure, during ordering process all was good, friendly & fast communication and service. Received my CD's in "wallet" style jacket (2 panel)- similar to a vinyl record sleeve. Since their jacket is oversized the CD can easily fall/slip out because the jacket remains open about a 1/4 of an inch, does not stay flat in other words. Bison response fro 2 reps- We have never had a complaint...goodbye- end of conversation. Expect no "customer service" if you have a problem. Will not order from Bison again RBN

GBWow! My first demo ever! Just arrived -my first CD voice over Demo -it came out so beautifully designed & packaged that I want to frame each one before sending them out-Really! that fantastic-they know what there doing. Bob is the best MAN FRIDAY so to speak -I thought was taliking to an uncle of mine-definately a relative! Thanks to all at Bison Disc...sincerely Bob Van Lindt

GBI chose shrink wrapping and it was terrible I ordered the discs with the shrink-wrapping. The wrapping was terrible. Most were not properly sealed; others were sealed but had holes from too much heat. I had to buy sealing material and seal almost every one of them myself. I would never buy from Bison again for this reason. However, the printing and audio recording regarding the discs was fine. Sorry for the bad review but it was very frustrating.
