Wow! My first demo ever! Just arrived -my first CD voice over Demo -it came out so beautifully designed & packaged that I want to frame each one before sending them out-Really! that fantastic-they know what there doing. Unprofessional Had call from this place because of a online quote, explained my whole schedule and availability. Was promised 100 copies by the 26th with a lot of hoops to jump, reason I wanted to make sure, Ruth who took my order such a sweet person until the week before the dead line. It seemed more like a sales call than a company who provides the costumer service a costumer requires. Soon after out of frustration due that cd's were promised I get a 140 dollar extra fee to expedite, sure I agree and tell them I will make a review about the bad service, Sandy Cleeveley calls me telling me they will cancel my order because I said what seemed a "threat" to her. It's the 21st century, people make complaints for bad service, if you cant take it don't make fake promises. Never ordering anything from this place. Now I don't have CD's and a bad, terrible experience with this place. Oh and the reply, now I get called a liar. I don't need to lie, what I need is 100 copies by the weekend. Go to yelp reviews check other peoples reviews. No need to lie.

Nice Cover Art, Disc colors way off The overall quality of the production was fine but the color printed on the disc was not even close to that on the cover. The cover was gray (as it should have been) but the disc printing (same file) turned out blue. Client was not very thrilled.

Unbelievable quality and service. My band, Two State Nation, just released our debut album, 10 Foot Golden. Being brand new to the process and having done our own production & art work, we were in great need of guidance. Our rep, Ruth, was patient and super helpful in the process. We really couldn't have done it without her. The quality of look and sound were everything we expected and more. Thanks to Bison Disc, our product will look top notch on our merch table at shows, and from an audio perspective, present us in the best light we could've hoped for. We're looking forward to ordering more copies.

RETRACTION-NOTHING LOST IN TRANSLATION AT "BISON DISC"- I posted a good review previously - this was before I received my CD's- Sure, during ordering process all was good, friendly & fast communication and service. Received my CD's in "wallet" style jacket (2 panel)- similar to a vinyl record sleeve. Since their jacket is oversized the CD can easily fall/slip out because the jacket remains open about a 1/4 of an inch, does not stay flat in other words. Bison response fro 2 reps- We have never had a complaint...goodbye- end of conversation. Expect no "customer service" if you have a problem. Will not order from Bison again RBN
