BETook nearly a month to arrive Took nearly a month to arrive. I was charged $12.99 for delivery and then I was made to pay another $24! When I emailed customer services they took a week to respond and said, 'they 100% understand how I am feeling' then just used a sandard template response as they didn't address anything I said in my email! You'll be much better off ging for Bootea or Skinny mint!

GBBad customer service and not receiving… Bad customer service and not receiving the product as they advertise, called them and they told me it was my fault for not ordering correctly and they do not give refunds, supervisor supposed to call me back til today no call received! Just took my money

GBPure Disappointment I placed an order for three products from Teami Blends on 2/23/2023 (order number: 1783008). I purchased their triple berry protein powder, gut health triple berry powder and Skinny detox tea. I received my order yesterday, 3/2/2023 and opened the protein powder this morning. Unfortunately, the after taste is horrible and I had to dump out the remainder of the drink as I was not able to finish it. I immediately contacted their customer service this afternoon to inquire about a refund. I was told that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges. I truly find this unacceptable to not at least offer an exchange for a product that is not good. It is outrageous that I am now stuck with a terrible product that I literally cannot consume. I am requesting a refund for the price of the product ($22.40) or at the very least, a store credit. I have been a customer with this company since 2017 and have never came across any issues with their products until now. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they have ignored the contact attempts. Buyer beware. Do not trust this company.

CAHorrible also I purchase mine Feb 26… Horrible also I purchase mine Feb 26 2021, I waited for long to my package I try contact them still auto message , went to UPS they it was Delivered March 10 2021, I don't receivd text or email that they deliver it. It s said there wrong address I was my home no one knock put sticker that they deliver it. Hopefully you fix that matter I been for so long😡🤬

GBI ordered my beauty fridge and it… I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago. It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return. After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page, zero response. After messaging them through social media, example, instagram, got a response that they will have someone contact me right away. That was 10 days ago, and zero response. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, and it's sad because you see so many instagram "influencers" promoting their products. I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better.
