GBavoid buying their fridge I bought their Teami skincare fridge. It came busted... had a bunch of white stuff dripping all over the inside with multiple cracks in the door. The process for returning it was way longer than it needed to be and highly unprofessional. I emailed them multiple times to even get the process started and after a couple of weeks, I finally got a refund. I just wouldn't even buy anything from this company because I didn't feel valued as a customer and dealing with their customer service was annoying.

AUBUYERS BEWARE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Where to begin with this cesspool of incompetence -Customer service staff fail to do their job - they ask the customer to find a shipping number and contact the shipping company on their own (when they don't even include the shipping number in their email to you). For a company with such frequent updates to its social media it should be a given that they channel the same energy into responding to their paying customers. But why does it take 2 to 3 days to get a one sentence answer? I've actually lost all patience with this pathetic excuse for a scam and sincerely wish I never bothered to click on their page.

GBRuin my stomach! Everything was going great until the 4th day of starting the 30 days detox! This tea literally ruin my stomach I have diarrhea everyday I got really bad cramping due to drinking this tea. I never felt so much cramping in my life I ended up twice in the hospital due to this pain ! I never experienced these types of pain I was healthy until the day I decided to drink this “detox tea”.I bought this on April and haven’t drank that since the because of the bad things that happen while on that tea. Till this days doctors don’t know what is going on with me

GBPure Disappointment I placed an order for three products from Teami Blends on 2/23/2023 (order number: 1783008). I purchased their triple berry protein powder, gut health triple berry powder and Skinny detox tea. I received my order yesterday, 3/2/2023 and opened the protein powder this morning. Unfortunately, the after taste is horrible and I had to dump out the remainder of the drink as I was not able to finish it. I immediately contacted their customer service this afternoon to inquire about a refund. I was told that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges. I truly find this unacceptable to not at least offer an exchange for a product that is not good. It is outrageous that I am now stuck with a terrible product that I literally cannot consume. I am requesting a refund for the price of the product ($22.40) or at the very least, a store credit. I have been a customer with this company since 2017 and have never came across any issues with their products until now. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they have ignored the contact attempts. Buyer beware. Do not trust this company.

GBGlad I came to the reviews Glad I came to the reviews. I almost completed my order but I will not. TEAMI TEA I hope you take care of these issues. I'll be back in a few months to see if your customer service has gotten better. Thanks guys for giving honest reviews and saving me from crappy customer service which we see way too often lately. Get it together sheesh.
