Has been a week and no shipment date in… Has been a week and no shipment date in sight. After reading these trustpilot reviews and seeing that their customer service phone number has a full mailbox. I will just ask my card to help me get reimbursed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Do not trust this site for sleep band. I was charged for sleepband pro with bluetooth and i recieved a local cheap eyeband. There is no customer care service or any button where you can apply for return / refund.

Good product BUT customer service sucks… Good product BUT customer service sucks and they don't keep their word. Their website sates lifetime warranty for any defects. My sleepband pro was damaged when I emailed them about getting a new one they said they wouldn't. I tried calling them on the two different phone numbers on their website and they both went to vm.

I put the Sleepband on ONCE and… I put the Sleepband on ONCE and immediately knew I could not sleep in it. The headphones and controls on the side are hard and not comfortable. Sleepband's website promises "100% guaranteed" that it's the most comfortable sleep mask. Yet they won't even return my emails asking to return it. Don't waste your money!!

Cheaper then sleephone Pro: cheaper then sleephones Cons: no sizes just one standard size, feels abit loose but acceptable i guess, bluetooth module big but at least its on the front so no problems via side sleeping but why not encase the module in silicone or at least the band should have some cushioning pocket for the bluetooth module to sit in p.s tracking showed it in china then had a long journey to the US to then be shipped to australia. According to the globe/map it would've been faster/shorter distance to send it to me via china? pps why call them noise cancelling headphones when they cant be noise cancelling since they're external i.e they're speakers Rate: 7/10
