GBRocky start but happy ending! We had a rocky start, but Ashley W. at Sleepband.com responded promptly and consistently to resolve my problem ( a lost package). I placed my order in February and by the end of March had not received my Sleep Band. Ashley quickly responded, got the tracking number, and together we ascertained that the package never made it to the USPS. She promptly resubmitted my order, issued a refund for my troubles, and sent us an extra mask. My hubby and I have both been using them and are very happy. I like to listen to ambient sounds or night stories to help myself go to sleep, but regular ear pods hurt when I am on my side. There are no wires and you can maneuver the flat little speakers around the soft band to your preference. The band charges easily and quickly. I do recommend them, and appreciate Ashley’s diligence and great customer service.

AUBad product and worse service Recently received my 2 sleepband pro's... I have been trying to get ahold of support for 3 days now, even messaging then through Facebook... I have received no response. The device is very uncomfortable, and the left speaker has no cushion surrounding it, making it both very uncomfortable and moves around freely so you spend a stressful 5 minutes each time you put the band on or move it just trying to get the stupid speaker back into the correct spot over your ear. I want to take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee to return and get my money back. But unfortunately they are un-contactable. I'm hopeful that leaving this review gets a response as it seems the only thing they care about!!!

CAAbsolutely love it Absolutely love it. Took me a bit to figure out where the charge port was (it's kind of hidden on the inside of the headband), but it charges quick and lasts for 3-4 days (depending on if I remember to turn it off in the mornings). Audio is a little on the quiet side, so I have trouble hearing some ASMR videos, but in general it's quite nice. Much nicer than trying to sleep with headphones in! Had an issue with one side not working anymore, was sent a new one within a few days. A+ customer service, Ashley was very apologetic for not being able to get to my email right away, but I completely get that. Especially with the pandemic still ongoing. Have recommended to a number of friends that they get one.

GBExcellent customer service Unfortunately, I had to return my sleep band. It was too large for my head. But I am giving this a 5 star review because their customer service is EXCELLENT. I am so impressed. They issued me a full refund and reimbursed me for the cost to mail my sleep band back to them. I received an email from an actual person (not just an auto-generated email) and she helped me with the entire return process. I can't review the product since the band did not fit, but if you are thinking about ordering a sleep band, give it a try. You have nothing to lose!

CAAmazing service I love my Sleepband, but my review is for their A+ service. I wrote to ask if there was a way to shut off the blinking light (it was disrupting my wife's sleep). There was not, as I had an older model. Their solution was to proactively ship me the new model, even though I hadn't asked for it. That's fantastic customer service. Thank you Ashley W!
