INWorst ever experience, they are unethical, unprofessional and impractical One of the worst experience, whether it is quality of product or the services offered. They sold me shoes worth 5000 bucks and condition of one show is fine and other one has come up with cracks within 2 hours. They don't even have sense to at least talk to customer even after writing a lot of mails. without understanding the problem they are simply denying that we cannot replace your product. Only reason that 30 days have passed from purchase even though product has not been used. Highly disappointed from Blackberry as a brand, sorry would rephrase "not better than roadside vendors" I would make sure that i do not buy even a single product from this company ever and neither would let anyone in my knowledge buy it. Worst ever experience, they are unethical, unprofessional and impractical people running this company.

PTTerrible technical support Terrible technical support. I am using BB for 10 years and the first time I had to talk with the Technical support they simply can't solve my problem. Waiting for a new phone for more than a month and they are making me pay for a new phone even though the problem was under the warranty. They said I had a small crack on the screen so they have to charge for the entire phone. The phone was working for 9 months with that small crack and the biggest problem wasn't related with the crack.

PTusing BlackBerry phones for 10 years Using BlackBerry phones for about 10 years. Right now, I own Priv which is my 6ht or 7th smartphone from RIM. A little disappointed that camera used to be better on 990 and Q10. And honestly, the BB OS used to be so cool back in the day. Otherwise, they are still my favourite brand. You can't beat the physical keyboard.

GBTook a BlackBerry Keyone on contract and what a load of rubbish Took a BlackBerry Keyone on contract. The handset is slow, freezes and drops calls constantly. Sent it back to the repair centre who ran a diagnostics test and a repair. When I received it back there was absolutely no difference to it. Contacted BlackBerry again. After going back and forth with emails for over 2 weeks, asking me to take screen shot and down load diagnostics apps myself they want it back again. I requested a new handset as it was less than 6 months old when I first reported it, but I see no resolution to this. You have to question the quality of the product when my carrier no longer stocks BlackBerry products. I was told by a sales assistant in a phone shop they are not fit for purpose.. Stay clear and pay that little extra for quality built products.

GBAlways liked their phones and never had… Always liked their phones and never had an issue with them - but thats because their tech support team support them - However if you need just a little help on something like Blackberry Playbook then you are completely stuffed - as they no longer support it. They could have answered all my DM's in Twitter but they just ignored all of my requests - Is that how you run a company ???? Well thats how they run theirs - Apalling !!
