Blackberry has got to be the WORST… Blackberry has got to be the WORST company ever to deal with. They now own Cylance, and as a long time Cylance home user I can't renew because they have change their model of selling to end users, and you can only buy from Amazon.com to US only users; sad that a Canadian company wont sell to their Canadian customers!!! When I jumped through all their hoops (no phone support, email only) their answer was "that is the only channel currently available..." is the IQ required to work at Blackberry 70? Is a qualification not being able to read or critically think? Horrible company; shame on you Cylance to selling out for the money to this pathetic service provider.

Always liked their phones and never had… Always liked their phones and never had an issue with them - but thats because their tech support team support them - However if you need just a little help on something like Blackberry Playbook then you are completely stuffed - as they no longer support it. They could have answered all my DM's in Twitter but they just ignored all of my requests - Is that how you run a company ???? Well thats how they run theirs - Apalling !!

Loving my BlackBerry Passport I have yet used different phones and switched from my BlackBerry Z10 to a Passport in October and I'm loving it, I wouldn't want any other phone, there's no better OS than OS10 for messaging and surfing and the Passport battery is durable so that I don't need to charge daily. Thanks BlackBerry for releasing such a great device!

There must be something wrong with you if you like blackberrys Rubbish, had 5 everyone of them broke some way or other, slow, constantly freezing, hardly ever have software updates- if I could give it less than one star I defiantly would!

BlackBerry Q10 is amazing i been a blackberry user for over 9 years i had any kind of blackberry out there. i tried to swap to apple iphone but its nothing to compare to the blackberry OS. then i tried android phone but always find my self go back to blackberry i just start using the new blackberry Q10 and the phone is simply amazing. the phone OS is fast and reliable unlike android and apple iphone. BLACKBERRY FOR LIFE!
