Grabcart is Powerless To Support Customer I received my "New" headphones in a reasonable time; however, the blister pack was opened. Items listed by the manufacturer as pack-ins were missing including the connection cable (to plug the headphones in to a stereo) and a carry case. I have requested a RMA (return merchandise authorization) or the missing parts twice. Grabcart claims not to be the seller but, rather, a 3rd party called Natcellular. My order and my money went to Grabcart based on Grabcart's ad and description of the merchandise. If they had Natcellular dropship the headphones then, I believe, Grabcart maintains a responsiblity to the customer to ensure the items are as Grabcart stated in the advertisement. Grabcart is powerless to ensure you get what you order.

False Advertising Bad Customer Service I reviewed Grabcart before I purchased and some said they sell items they do not have, so I contacted Jenny and asked about these bad reviews. She said the bad reviews were probably written by a competitor. I asked her to check to see if the item I wanted was in stock and she assured it was and would send exact item with no discrepancies. Well, they sent me a different item just as the previous reviewer wrote. They paid to have it shipped back, but not refund my original shipping of $20.00. I paid way too much but wanted the item I ordered. The item they sent me..could have bought $15.00 cheaper at Walmart with free shipping. False advertising!!

WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK!!! Placed an order weeks ago, my account was debited the amount of my purchase immediately and I received an email saying thank you for your business you will receive the tracking information with in 72 hours. I am yet to receive my tracking information or a response from the many emails to both beauty couture and GrabCart, and I still haven't received my products ! I was also given the option to purchase another item to receive free shipping however I was charged shipping! What a scam. I will be filing fraud charges for both online retailers immediately! Terrible experience!

That so not fair if i had known about … That so not fair if i had known about all these complaints i would have never ordered I also didnt get my order i spent round $100.00 just so unfair that thsy are fake and to you kim you can shove it where the sun dont shine.
