GBWILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK!!! Placed an order weeks ago, my account was debited the amount of my purchase immediately and I received an email saying thank you for your business you will receive the tracking information with in 72 hours. I am yet to receive my tracking information or a response from the many emails to both beauty couture and GrabCart, and I still haven't received my products ! I was also given the option to purchase another item to receive free shipping however I was charged shipping! What a scam. I will be filing fraud charges for both online retailers immediately! Terrible experience!

GBFalse Advertising Bad Customer Service I reviewed Grabcart before I purchased and some said they sell items they do not have, so I contacted Jenny and asked about these bad reviews. She said the bad reviews were probably written by a competitor. I asked her to check to see if the item I wanted was in stock and she assured it was and would send exact item with no discrepancies. Well, they sent me a different item just as the previous reviewer wrote. They paid to have it shipped back, but not refund my original shipping of $20.00. I paid way too much but wanted the item I ordered. The item they sent me..could have bought $15.00 cheaper at Walmart with free shipping. False advertising!!

GBTerrible customer service I placed an order for my product in late July, and have yet to receive my order yet. The company billed me immediately yet nothing has arrived, I have sent numerous emails to Grabcart customer service requesting updates on my order and its shipping status and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this order. I am now wanting to cancel my order and refund my money and am again unable to reach anyone on how to proceed. This is awful customer service, I will not be ordering through this company ever again.

NZThat so not fair if i had known about … That so not fair if i had known about all these complaints i would have never ordered I also didnt get my order i spent round $100.00 just so unfair that thsy are fake and to you kim you can shove it where the sun dont shine.

CAFeel like a customer Treated like a customer. Given full attention quick and my concerns were well taken care of. I placed my order, made a mistake requested that they change the order. GrabCart right away dealt with my concern and acceptted my order back after i shipped it. I replaced the order with different product and received it in 3 days. Highly recommend this company because of how they treated me as a concerned customer.
