Oh My GOD!!!!! I think shoving steel needles into my eyes would be a much more pleasurable experience than dealing with these people....BAD SERVICE, RUDE, UPSELLING, OVERCHARGING, SLOW, ETC. ETC. I wish I would have read reviews first before I ordered, if you haven't ordered from these folks yet DON'T!!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and go someplace else to get what you're looking for.

Dedicated workers Unfortunately there was some mix up with my order. Originally I provided the wrong billing address but corrected it immediately. While confusion followed, employee Roger was incredibly helpful. He worked so hard to help me get what I needed. And my Nikon d5100 is amazing. Came with everything advertised!

Lying thieves Ordered a camera and lens on line. I didn't receive any acknowledgment so I called and talked to a salesperson. After he tried to sell me a charger and battery that was included with the standard Nikon offering, I cancelled the order. I looked at my credit card statement a week later and noticed they had charged me the full amount of $1160. I called them multiple times and they lied about sending me refunds. After a month of lies Bank of America got me a full refund. Summary: Stay away from any company based in New York. I have multiple bad experiences from these crooks. Well Done! Product came as described and on time. With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need. VERY dodgy company - beware I ordered a camera last week and, after receiving a confirmation of the order, received no other correspondence. I called them at least a dozen times Monday, and another dozen Tuesday, only to receive dead air or a message that the call could not be completed. I also sent an email 24 hours ago demanding a status report, which has gone unanswered. I sincerely doubt the order will be filled and shipped. This company has, at best, poor communication/business skills. At worse, they are a total scam. Don't find out for yourself. Avoid at all costs.
