With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need. GBExcellent Prices I was skeptical about Primotronix because I had never heard of them before, but after seeing other reviews I decided to give them a shot. I placed an order for a 7d and the 24-105 L series lens. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Charles at primotronix to confirm my order. Not only was he polite, but also offered to upgrade me to FedEx shipping for free. I was told all merchandise is shipped new, in manufacturer's original packaging with warranty. I saved a solid 400 dollars ordering from Primotronix rather than B&H and I'll probably order from them again.

GBWorst online experience Ever I placed an order for a Canon SL1 Camer body with battery and charger on 10/20. Charge hit my card on 10/22. I was promised this camera in 5 to 7 business day. I asked repeatedly if they were sure of this as I was leaving for Europe and defianately wanted have it for the trip that was within that time frame. I called two days before the trip on Oct 29 and asked for tracking numbers and if the camera would be to me in the next two days. They said they would call down to the mail room and change the shipping on the item that had already shipped 4 days previously. ( I have no fn idea how they planned on occomplishing that which is impossible ) but they guaranteed that it would be here. Needless to say I have already been to Europe and Back without this camera. I have tried to call several times now with numbers saying that they are not accepting call right now. So here is some advise Primo...if you are reading this I would reccomend keeping that camera and shoving it up you apature hole. I have already called my banking institution and am having the charges reversed for lack of satisfing the level of service you promised in the beginning. Also based on the bribes I saw being shoved down other customers throats in previous reviews I would more than welcom you to give me a call so that I can personally let you know the level of disatisfaction I feel as you cannot seem to answer my calls. PS if anyone else is reading this......run from this company, they should be shut down my the BBB.

GBHonest People I placed my order last Friday and got confirmation right away followed by call from rep verifying my order. He offered some great deals like 3 year insurance for a fraction of what other companies will charge. I got my order today and cant be more happier. Thanks Primotronix.!!!

GBBait and switch SCAM COMPANY READ THEIR BBB REVIEW! "F" RATING!!! MANY COMPLAINTS FILED!! This is a terrible company. They "bait and switched" me and sent an old, outdated lens instead of the lens I ordered. They charged my credit card a higher charge than advertised, and they did not ship all items included in my package. Even after multiple attempts to get the correct items, NOTHING was made right! No lens, no completion of the items included in the package, and no correction of price!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I CANNOT WARN STRONGLY ENOUGH AGAINST THIS COMPANY!! Buy ELSEWHERE!! Update: I have contacted the TX ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and the Better Business Bureau. Investigations are currently underway. I encourage anyone scammed by this company to do the same. WE THE PEOPLE can put this SCAM company out of business forever!!
