We purchased three of the X5 charging… We purchased three of the X5 charging hubs. Two work perfectly and one simply does not charge wirelessly. We are still waiting for Limitless Innovations to honor their one-year warranty (The hub in question was purchased through GearCulture Shop and their support is still fighting with Limitless Innovations to get a simple replacement).

Limitless PowerPro GO Junk Just received 2 10,000 mAh Power Pro Go's supposedly wireless chargers purchased through QVC and neither work - will start charging for 5 seconds and then stop and GREEN/BLUE lights flash - customer service was zero help - wasted $50 for a bit of piece of mind... lesson learn on this company $50 for a big piece of JUNK - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Love that it comes w/usb charger - no batteries to worry about & long lasting charge... 1st time we used after full charge we played music for 8-9 hours straight & it was still going when turned off (did not expect it to last so long - what a pleasant surprise) ... Bonus ... Love the ambiance of the "flickering flame" usable with or w/out music ... Hope to be able to order more in future - would be Fun to have several synced together for gatherings ... Faulty products, company won't return emails Ordered some of their products as Christmas gifts, one was broken. I contacted the company on Christmas morning when we discovered the item didn't work, then twice more over the course of 2 weeks. Never had a single response. Total scam. Stay well away.

I see sometimes here you do answer so please help me or get the posters or my money back!!! my child 12 years buy this from her own saved money so this is sad!!
