Bluetooth mixup I saw the Bluetooth candle item on tv in early morning. I immediately went to their website and ordered the item, which was being advertised as buy one get one free, only pay shipping and handling. I was wrong ordering on their website. I should have done it a different was. After contacting customer support and getting a response within a day they made good on their commercial and sent me the second one as well. I appreciate a company that listens and understands that accidents happen. I have all good words for this company. Thank you again.

Sadly Sadly, the ChargeHub 5 Elite does not work—the top wireless charger and one of the ports—and one of the extender cable didn’t not work. I wanted an exchange for both but the box had been thrown out. Now I am stuck with equipment that doesn’t not function. I tried the Hubs prior to purchasing them as Christmas gifts. I am not sure if my experience is indicative of the product quality or a problem just with these products.

I see sometimes here you do answer so please help me or get the posters or my money back!!! my child 12 years buy this from her own saved money so this is sad!!

Terrible Customer Service I bought a pair of the speakers on 6/8/20. After 3 broken promises of shipment they We’re shipped on 7/14/20 to arrive on 7/22/20. I tried several times to use the chat and make a phone call but neither one worked. I would send emails and would receive a robotic response 4 days later promising shipment. I even tried to cancel my order and never got a response to that. They absolutely charged my credit card form day one. If you want total frustration from a company then purchase their products. Hopefully these items perform as described. I NEVER EVER want to deal with this company again. I highly recommend not buying these.

Love that it comes w/usb charger - no batteries to worry about & long lasting charge... 1st time we used after full charge we played music for 8-9 hours straight & it was still going when turned off (did not expect it to last so long - what a pleasant surprise) ... Bonus ... Love the ambiance of the "flickering flame" usable with or w/out music ... Hope to be able to order more in future - would be Fun to have several synced together for gatherings ...
