GBWe purchased three of the X5 charging… We purchased three of the X5 charging hubs. Two work perfectly and one simply does not charge wirelessly. We are still waiting for Limitless Innovations to honor their one-year warranty (The hub in question was purchased through GearCulture Shop and their support is still fighting with Limitless Innovations to get a simple replacement).

GBNeeds about 48 hrs for first use Had this charging over 24 hrs and light still flashing. Evidently first charge takes full 48 hrs as it has just stopped flashing. Hopefully it will be effective for jumpstart on full charge, all the other functions work. I will have to be sure to allow plenty of time to charge before my next trip. I wish the directions gave some idea how long the charging process takes.

GBBig fan of this brand Big fan of this brand. Got a pair of Tiki tunes and stumbled upon the other great products Limitless Innovations offered. I also have a REACT for when my family and I take long road trips out of state, and it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a REACT available for any emergency situation on the road.

GBTerrible Customer Service I bought a pair of the speakers on 6/8/20. After 3 broken promises of shipment they We’re shipped on 7/14/20 to arrive on 7/22/20. I tried several times to use the chat and make a phone call but neither one worked. I would send emails and would receive a robotic response 4 days later promising shipment. I even tried to cancel my order and never got a response to that. They absolutely charged my credit card form day one. If you want total frustration from a company then purchase their products. Hopefully these items perform as described. I NEVER EVER want to deal with this company again. I highly recommend not buying these.

GBMy order was placed 29 days ago My order was placed 29 days ago. My items have still not shipped and through a few emails (because there doesn’t seem to be a phone number) I’ve been unable to get any information aside from an automated email from two weeks ago that said it was delayed. Won’t order again and will be speaking with the BBB as well as my credit card company to dispute the hold/charge if I don’t hear something by 7/6
