Utter scam of a company Utter scam of a company. Set up process highly convoluted and contradictory. No way to speak to a human. Just a rubbish bot. Watch wouldn’t activate, then once finally activated it couldn’t send/receive. I’m putting it in the bin. I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews based on my experience.

Device not working First watch (X5) stopped working within a week. The second one (X6 - a replacement) doesn’t seem to accept or receive calls. No explanation why. SIM card is firm as I can use it on my phone. Customer services communication back and forth takes a long time.

Great watch with some little improvements needed We would not be without this watch; location is accurate (within 300 metres or closer) and the audio is clear. The app does take a while to refresh the location at times but doesn't cause too much issue. Battery life is decent but we do tend to charge it daily for school use. It would be great if you are able to type your own messages rather than be limited to a few standard options.
