Not a bad word to say... We have dealt with this company on two seperate occasions and they have always been really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter has two of their watches and she loves them, their product are robust and eye-catching along with being user friendly and reliable, I highly recommend them for children that are too young for phones.

Device not working First watch (X5) stopped working within a week. The second one (X6 - a replacement) doesn’t seem to accept or receive calls. No explanation why. SIM card is firm as I can use it on my phone. Customer services communication back and forth takes a long time.

My son loves the Kidzi watch My son loves the Kidzi watch. He really enjoys running around with it on and seeing how many steps he has done. It's great for being able to send him messages or call him without him needing a phone.

Utter scam of a company Utter scam of a company. Set up process highly convoluted and contradictory. No way to speak to a human. Just a rubbish bot. Watch wouldn’t activate, then once finally activated it couldn’t send/receive. I’m putting it in the bin. I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews based on my experience.
