GBGreat watch with some little improvements needed We would not be without this watch; location is accurate (within 300 metres or closer) and the audio is clear. The app does take a while to refresh the location at times but doesn't cause too much issue. Battery life is decent but we do tend to charge it daily for school use. It would be great if you are able to type your own messages rather than be limited to a few standard options.

GBWe love this brand We love this brand, we had gotten the xplora xgo 2 for my son in 2021 and he loved wearing the watch. It was handy in allowing me to get a hold of him when he was out of the house. Gave me peace of mind as to where he was as I could easily locate him. My son absolutely loved the watch and barely took it off. My son is older now and has progressed on to a different brand but we recently got my daughter the kidzi watch and she is over the moon as she remembers her brothers watch and is so excited to have one similar of her own. Great brand and great watches.

ESNever again. Worst customer service and useless watch If you’d like a watch for your children to see where they are when they are out, go elsewhere. The watch always takes ages to show the live location, by the time it refreshes, the location is already dated. This morning the location is showing my child 400 kms away!!! Note to Xplora: please don’t bother replying to this review telling me how I can report the lack of accuracy… I know that too. The customer service will take longer than a week to get back to you and when they do they refer you to their website for their Frequent Q&A. Really? Absolutely impossible to use phone or live chat, unless live chat with their bolt. NEVER AGAIN!!!

GBTerrible customer service Bought Xplora6 for my daughter's Christmas present. Set watch up, as instructed, nothing worked. Was told by customer service that needed a new SIM card. This arrived, but did not resolve the issue. Tried to reach customer service again, several times, heard nothing from them, except a general 'thanks for your email' in German. Having read the other reviews on here, I now see that I am not the only one experiencing this. Terrible service.

GBUtter scam of a company Utter scam of a company. Set up process highly convoluted and contradictory. No way to speak to a human. Just a rubbish bot. Watch wouldn’t activate, then once finally activated it couldn’t send/receive. I’m putting it in the bin. I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews based on my experience.
