The new battery will not charge The new battery will not charge. The charger and operating system test good. The battery charge did not increase at all after 48 hours connected to the charger. Support was terrible. They requested photos, videos, and then told me I need to "fully charge (more than 12 hours) and discharge it to 5%-10% for 3~5 times ... before use." This after I told them that it would not charge at all.

Bad Service, You pay return on their mistake Ordered, received rather quickly, but the battery does it fit, the battery number on my original is different, they say compatible. I chatted with their online support, they insist the battery should fit and wanted proof it doesn’t, including measurements, so I took several pictures they wanted and they were responding very quick when I was complying with every request to troubleshoot. Then finally after a hour I said I wanted to return and refund and they went silent. After numerous attempts and waiting over 40 minutes in silence they said they will email return instructions. Then silence again! They did email 3 hours later but said I had to pay the return postage and they would refund later. They provided an address to return but no RMA Number as the instructions say I have to put on the package. I’ve replied asking for RMA # but of course hours and hours later they have not. Poor customer service, no true guarantee of compatibility….I would NOT do business with again, even if shipped from US, you still can not find a live person. Let’s see if I get a 100% refund and also addition refund I had to pay to return.

Great price on genuine Lenovo batteries With Lenovo requiring genuine batteries in their laptops and reading about the fakes out on the market and getting a laptop with a fake battery in it from eBay I was concerned buying this battery. Thankfully it works great and was accepted by the firmware. I would have given 5 stars except the shipping took forever to go from California to Colorado. I could have shipped it by pony express faster. I think it is because you use DHL to get it to USPS. I have gotten packages from the east coast faster when shipped only through USPS. Other than the shipping I am very pleased.

The battery seems to be defective The battery seems to be defective. I installed the battery, and it says no battery detected, with an × next to the battery. I reinstalled it twice, but still the same issue. So unless it is plugged in, it doesn't work.
