Once the product got shipped all the tracking was very easy through the provided portal. The delivery was on time fast and zero issues.

The place is unprofessional The place is unprofessional, I ordered an 83" Samsung TV 3 weeks ago and I was told it would be delivered directly by the manufacture. It's been 3 weeks and I received no communication. When I called, Benjamin told me the TV was discontinued and out of stock. He never even apologized. His customer service is disgusting!!

Very poor communication Very poor communication, I bought a TV on the 31st of march. They called me and said it was out of stock so they offered me a newer version with a discount for $400 more, and I accepted, original ETA was 7-10 days. After the date no communication from them I sent an email without a response. Called them twice and after almost two weeks they said it’s gonna take 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive. I asked them to cancel the order but it was already cancelled so im sure they never even planned to ship it in the first place. Do yourself a favor and buy from a big retailer and save some time and energy.

Big TV Big Savings I saved a ton of money on my new Sony OLED 65" TV. I comparison shopped for some time and GL was by far the best deal. I would estimate I saved $3,000 over retailers like Best Buy. It did take a while to get the product due to supply chain issues and in the end, I spent a little extra for premium shipment but I still banked the significant savings mentioned above. Victor did a great job in handling my transaction and keeping me informed.

After a week received email from delivery company item was damaged and I needed to contact seller which I did and was told I would receive a call back in about an hour gave them 48 hours and no phone or email with any info so I canceled PayPal payment . Spent $200 more and bought from legitimate seller . Game liquidators is a NJ scam company that sells under numerous names so beware!
