I ordered a 65"OLED on 09/20/2022 and as of early 02/26/2022 I have not received shipping confirmation or any response from GL. My 4 emails to Victor and multiple calls to Manny have gone unanswered. The posted GL reviews convinced me to try them for their discounted pricing but it appears the reviews may be misleading. A week without TV, especially in football season, is downright torturous. SHIP MY TV GL! On the 09/27/2022, I was contacted by Manny who told me they were on vacation and that the TV I ordered was damaged and they didn't have another. Manny's replacement proposals were off the chart in price. I cancelled the order of the 29th and went to Best Buy. ALERT - I would stay clear of this company. The credit card number I gave them for the TV was fraudulently used to purchase other expensive electronic items that night. Coincidence?

Top tier small business, by far! The TV we purchased had to travel the entire country. Victor and his team were absolute professionals. His level of communication was unmatched and he even advised us about the delivery method so that the TV showed up in prestine condition. The price was also lower than ALL other venues, WILL do business again!!
