Regrets... Regrets... I bought a Tank X1,but have largely stopped using it. When tracking exercises, it repeatedly stops and sends a message to end or continue tracking. Since I am often into my exercise, I will not notice this, and only find out later, when retrieving my data, that the watch stopped monitoring a while ago. There is no setting to get rid of this, so it was easier to just get rid of the Tank X1.

Tank T2 I purchased a T2 and it lasted approximately 6 months, at which point the screen malfunctioned leading to the watch refusing to work. I contacted KOSPET and they asked me to return the watch and see if it could be repaired, they also offered to replace it. The issue for me was they wanted me to pay for the courier charges. After a conversation stating why I think they should replace the watch all expenses paid, they strongly disagreed at which point I end the conversation and through the worthless piece of junk in the bin. Might I suggest you put your hard earned cash towards a smart watch the has good reviews. KOSPET, designed in the good old USA and built in China……I think that says it all!

Customer service mislead you Customer service mislead by recommending speicific smart watch that does not work as claimed. Requested return of the watch within 24 hours of discovering the watch does not work in pool swimming or any workout activities. Quite Happy With My OP2! This was my second smartwatch purchase and I went for Kospet Optimus 2, this time. I am quite happy with my purchase and touch-wood no issues of any sort till now for the past 4 months. I also purchased few accessories and the overall experience was satisfying. Few features I would be happy to see on OP2 are; Amoled display, double-touch screen wakeup, NFC, ceramic bands under accessories.

"gei, you're a Hello friend. Thank you for waiting. If it is repaired, please send the watch to our warehouse in Asia. The freight needs to be borne by you, the cost performance of this program is very low, I hope you seriously consider". Firstly eh? And secondly what? It's a scam plane and simple If you buy cheap you buy twice. Huawei are the only reputable Chinese brand and even they are dodge.
