No Guarantee!! I purchased a Kospet Tank M1 Pro from "Smartwatch for less" in January 2023, the watch has had very little use but 7 months on has refused to charge. I purchased a new charging lead to see if that was the problem but unfortunately was not. I have contacted Smartwatch for less who are absolutely useless in their response. They put as many obstacles in the way to put you off returning the faulty item. Usually a standard email response. Even when you you meet all the criteria for a repair, they still ask for £13.00 to cover repairs. On top of that there's postage, so approximately £20.00 for a watch that's advertised as having a 2 year warranty.

Requested return of the watch within 24 hours of discovering the watch does not work in pool swimming or any workout activities. Literally the TANK X1 turned out to be… Literally the TANK X1 turned out to be much better than expected. Can't believe the lightweight smart band can be that durable and useful. Big thumbs up for the customer service as well.
