My only issue was the initial communication about the shipping status did not match what the carrier had on their tracking site. For 3 days the status showed only tracking information sent and not shipped. After reading reviews here I balked and was attempting to cancel/RMA and had actually ordered the same Denons from another site sans the flight cases. I HAD to get this shipment before Christmas. Items finally shipped on late Monday and I received them today (Thursday). I will definitely look here again in the future. Alex was helpful! Cheers!

Good, but dropped the ball a bit on shipping... Ordered a Zoom guitar pedal. Because the ship address was different from the billing address, they immediately requested a photo of driver's license and credit card with just last 4 digits exposed. No problem... sent it right back. Got an email it was going to ship asap, then.... nothing for 3 business days. Called them, "Hey, What's up?" They dropped the ball and Chris, while I was on the phone ran and got a unit and packaged it up for overnight. Arrived very quickly after that. Kudos on acknowledging the error and quick follow-up.
