My only issue was the initial communication about the shipping status did not match what the carrier had on their tracking site. For 3 days the status showed only tracking information sent and not shipped. After reading reviews here I balked and was attempting to cancel/RMA and had actually ordered the same Denons from another site sans the flight cases. I HAD to get this shipment before Christmas. Items finally shipped on late Monday and I received them today (Thursday). I will definitely look here again in the future. Alex was helpful! Cheers!

I ordered a rb dmx1 and due to the… I ordered a rb dmx1 and due to the volume of people that have also ordered the same thing. The shipping time was a little out of my timeframe and i talked with Pablo off an on and he was very responsive and took care of me and knew the answers to the questions i had. I would recommend this company for sure, but i would suggest clarifying with them on what order item you are purchasing just in case if you are needing or expecting something fast, just simply due to stocking and pandemic issues. Great price and customer service but not the perfect shipment ! In general it was a good experience. The chat service agents were very kind and fast for answering my questions. It is not 5 stars because the keyboard I purchased came in the original brand box, so , Fedex left it out my house´s main door for hours before I got at home and took it. I think It was a little risky in Denver City.

Good, but dropped the ball a bit on shipping... Ordered a Zoom guitar pedal. Because the ship address was different from the billing address, they immediately requested a photo of driver's license and credit card with just last 4 digits exposed. No problem... sent it right back. Got an email it was going to ship asap, then.... nothing for 3 business days. Called them, "Hey, What's up?" They dropped the ball and Chris, while I was on the phone ran and got a unit and packaged it up for overnight. Arrived very quickly after that. Kudos on acknowledging the error and quick follow-up.
