GBAn ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I ordered a Treadmill from CardioSales on 12-06-14 as a Christmas gift to my wife. After a lot of excuses from Alex Stanley the treadmill finally arrived on 1-09-15. Cardio Sales offered a discount which I did not receive until the end of February almost three months after they offered the discount. Once the treadmill finally arrived the touch screen did not work. Well Cardio Sales has a warranty on their products. I advised them of the problem 1-10-15. They continue to tell me that I should be getting a service call everyday but nothing has happened for over two months now. Buyer beware, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM CARDIOSALES (NOW [external reference]) I ordered a $3000 Arc trainer and mat back in February. In addition to looking very used, the Arc trainer immediately presented functionality issues (specifically, it made grinding noises and arms were not properly secured.) When I purchased the machine, it was offered with a 10 year warranty. Shortly afterwards, [name] shut down the cardiosales website and reopened under [external reference]. I asked him for a copy of my warranty since I could no longer retrieve it from the old website. He sent me one under [external reference] that only covered 18 months! After multiple attempts to reach him, he finally sent a technician who confirmed several parts needed replacement. The tech ordered the parts from him several weeks ago, despite repeatedly telling us "the parts have been sent" "I am sending this all myself" and "you will have a tracking number shortly" - it's been more than 8 weeks and still nothing. And the mat that was supposed to come with the machine? It's now been 3.5 months (I purchased in mid-February) and I'm still getting the same story "it's been sent" and "you'll have it shortly." So... after $3000 - I don't have my full order and my 10 year warranty is now suddenly 18 months, although it doesn't seem to matter since he's not honoring any part of the warranty anyway. Do not purchase from [name] or [external reference] unless you are prepared to lose your money.

GBNot a reputable company Just go to CardioSales FB page and click on Posts to Page! You'll see a myriad of people stating that they purchased exercise equipment from CardioSales ....and then NEVER saw the machines. We purchased through PayPal, instead of directly through CardioSales. We had to file a claim to get our money back because CardioSales had no intention of refunding our money.

GBNo Delivery After 7 Weeks, Terrible Customer Service I was impressed with the prices on the Cardio Sales website and ended up purchasing a $2500 elliptical. First, the machine they had was broken. Then, it went to another customer. These two things wouldn't have been terrible if it hadn't been for the total lack of customer service. The salesperson, Alex, never replied to ANY of my emails or phone calls. I had chase him down, only to get one of his many excuses immediatley followed by empty promises. On one occassion, I called several times to no avail. I had an idea to call from my fiances phone number. Of course he picked up, which confirmed that he had been dodging me. Today, after almost 7 weeks, I called the customer service line only to be hung up on. Since Alex had refused to refund my money, I am going through my bank to dispute the charge. All of this is happening right before my wedding, like I needed the added stress. Thanks CardioSales@ Save yourself weeks of frustration and shop somewhere else.

FRVery good deal on my AMT100i I bought a Precor AMT100i 2 month ago from CardioSales (I spoke with Alex) and I had it shipped to France. The sales representative did everything to get my product delivered to my door in no time. The product arrived in perfect condition, and fairly fast for my overseas location. The biggest advantage was of course the price, I paid it half of the cheapest used one I found in France. Thanks again to (NAME) and CardioSales for this perfect transaction
