GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM CARDIOSALES (NOW [external reference]) I ordered a $3000 Arc trainer and mat back in February. In addition to looking very used, the Arc trainer immediately presented functionality issues (specifically, it made grinding noises and arms were not properly secured.) When I purchased the machine, it was offered with a 10 year warranty. Shortly afterwards, [name] shut down the cardiosales website and reopened under [external reference]. I asked him for a copy of my warranty since I could no longer retrieve it from the old website. He sent me one under [external reference] that only covered 18 months! After multiple attempts to reach him, he finally sent a technician who confirmed several parts needed replacement. The tech ordered the parts from him several weeks ago, despite repeatedly telling us "the parts have been sent" "I am sending this all myself" and "you will have a tracking number shortly" - it's been more than 8 weeks and still nothing. And the mat that was supposed to come with the machine? It's now been 3.5 months (I purchased in mid-February) and I'm still getting the same story "it's been sent" and "you'll have it shortly." So... after $3000 - I don't have my full order and my 10 year warranty is now suddenly 18 months, although it doesn't seem to matter since he's not honoring any part of the warranty anyway. Do not purchase from [name] or [external reference] unless you are prepared to lose your money.

GBCardioAddicts.com/ Bradley Peterson/ Alex ???? FRAUDULENT / SCUM This guy is scum. As others have said, his new company cardioaddicts.com, is based on deceptive and fraudulent practices. He is now working with Bradley Peterson that practices the same corrupt business ethics. Do not buy from them. They will promise resolution of your issues, and try and postpone you as long as possible. They hope you will get frustrated and give up. File complaints with your local Attorney General, California AG, the FTC, the BBB, etc. I am in the process of filing a small claims case in California against these morons. I may not get resolution but I will attempt to force these guys out of business. They will pop up again, but I will not make it easy for them.

FRVery good deal on my AMT100i I bought a Precor AMT100i 2 month ago from CardioSales (I spoke with Alex) and I had it shipped to France. The sales representative did everything to get my product delivered to my door in no time. The product arrived in perfect condition, and fairly fast for my overseas location. The biggest advantage was of course the price, I paid it half of the cheapest used one I found in France. Thanks again to (NAME) and CardioSales for this perfect transaction

GBGarbage Company CardioSales said our machine would arrive in 5-7 days from purchase. After 10 days, we began requesting a tracking number and, every time we asked, Alex would dodge the question with overly-repeated promises that our machine was “on the way.” When we finally did get a tracking number, it showed that he was in fact a liar and the request had just gone in THAT very day. It took over a month for our machine to arrive. When we opened the box, we discovered the machine to be broken, rusted, covered in dirt and hair (yes, hair!) and not in any way "refurbished" like Alex had claimed. We called Alex right away and he agreed to a full refund and to set up a return shipment immediately. After a few days, we asked when the machine would be picked up. The response was that my fiance and I would need to re-pallet and re-package the machine ourselves first. We got supplies and invited friends over to help us re-package the machine. Nowhere in the return policy did it say that the customer would be responsible to lift a 600 lb machine on to a pallet before it would be taken back. When the moving company arrived, we saw the shipping label. It was clear Alex was simply sending this terrible machine off to another customer directly, instead of returning it to his warehouse for cleaning. After the exercise equipment was no longer in our possession, he kept promising and promising our refund would be processed, but for weeks, it never happened. He kept saying “check your account end of day,” and every day nothing happened. We were fortunate that we purchased through PayPal. We filed a claim and were covered. We got all our money back. If we had purchased directly though Cardio Sales, I’m confident we’d never see a dime. CardioSales is a scam. Alex is a garbage person. Do not purchase.
