GBUnable to communicate directly Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.

GBGood company service, but..... As your confirmation email said I'm anxiously awaiting my package. I don't know if it was my mistake, Cellular Outfitters error, or US Postal Service misguidance but my original order was returned to Cellular Outfitters as "Moved, left no forwarding address." The company was prompt in acknowledging the problem but slow in shipping a replacement...slow enough that the smartphone I'd ordered a case for started dieing and has been replaced! So now when (and if) the case arrives it can go on an unused phone.

GBI ordered another phone case and I love… I ordered another phone case and I love it. Cellular always has something new and has their cases at reasonable prices. You don't have to pay a large amount of money for nice accessories.. I will continue to use Cellular Outfitters for all my phones..

GBAlways great products This is the only place I have ordered phone cases and screen protectors for 8 years. I have never had a problem finding what I've needed. I have always had excellent service and have always been very satisfied with my purchases. I will shop here again for my next phone needs in the future.
