GBI purchased a phone charger Cable that… I purchased a phone charger Cable that stated it was compatible to my Samsung 8S phone. It didn’t work. I don’t think it was defective; it looks well made. When I checked into returning the the item for credit or exchange I read that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The Cable is NET $4.99 and I was charged $11.71 Shipping for the original order. It’s not cost effective to return the item. Now I have a Cable that we can’t use and other family members have iPhones and can’t use this Cable.

GBMisleading photos I ordered a case for my husband and for me for our Moto G Stylus phones. The item was Rubberized Hybrid Shock Absorption Protective Case With Rotatable Ring Stand. His, the blue was as pictured, but my green arrived TOTALLY different. The photo showed a sharp metallic green and it ended up being hospital gown mint. Yes, I had the option to return it, but it would have cost almost the amount of the case to pay for shipping. Because I had a coupon, I was offered another case up to $5.49, but my only two options were cheap blue or clear cases. UGH!

I forgot my discount of 25% discount I sent them an email they immediately responded and applied the 25% discount. The shipping was extremely fast and the prices were fantastic I would suggest anybody needing anything for cell phone to look here first no doubt about it. This would include my entire family and all friends thanks and will be using you when needed this review is from a happy customer

GBNEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered 1/31/22 they debited my account on 2/2 it arrived at upstairs 2/5 253 pm it is still there 2/19 . I emailed cellular all they said was ups had it. I email again asking for a refund 1 week later no response. SOLUTION I filed stop payment they refunded my money problem solved NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Annette said this is an internet company no phone number
