CAFantastic customer service and support… Fantastic customer service and support from Mitch who really took care of me. I actually made a mistake in registering the safe owner as a regular user which caused me to not be able to have rights to manage the safe as owner but the issue got resolved in less than 30 mins. The Smartsafe XL model arrived in a day! Quite robust and very exceptional value for the money as it is much larger and more solidly built than the Bolt and worth every penny. Highly recommend this division of Motorola and the Smartsafe XL product especially. Thanks for a great customer experience !

GBI love this safe I love this safe, I keep all my valuables in it. I have a small box and mounted it to the wall and slid my safe into it and secured it with the wings. Great and easy to use..

GBMulti user doesn't work, support unhelpful I bought this safe specifically because I need multi-user access with different codes. I've been unable to add any additional users either from the safe itself or from the app and support has been unhelpful, just sending me the manual (which I already had and had followed) rather than helping with any troubleshooting. Also of note -- it appears that even if multi-user were working, every user will need to be associated with its own email address/account. There is no way to just add an additional code to grant temporary access without some hassle on the part of the temporary user.

CAI like the safe but... I like the safe, which I bought about a year ago. However, it recently ran out of batteries and I have misplaced the backup key. I tried contacting support to get a replacement key, but there is no answer on the support phone line (1-800-485-8904) and no response from email support (Support{at}SmartSafe.com). Does anyone have any suggestions? Update - I did see the response below last night, and I did also receive an email response this morning with an offer to send a replacement key for a fee. However, before any of that, I decided to brake into my own safe since I hadn't received any response to my prior communications. Unfortunately, there is some damage to the device, but I think I can still use it.
