GBReliable voltage at RV Parks After having a heatpump/airconditioner fail in my motorhome due to low voltage at an RV park, I purchased the Hughes Autoformer last year. I have had good voltage as we travel from RV Park to RV Park and I feel comforted knowing that I am now also protected from surges and spikes.

GBThe Hughes autoformer a lifesaver. I have been using the Hughes autoformer for the past 10 years it's really helpful in Mexico where the voltage varies a lot, also while staying at Elks Lodges depending on how many RVs are plugged into the voltage lines. I highly recommend to use products for quality and reliability.

CAI purchased this unit 2 years ago and… I purchased this unit 2 years ago and it was in use a total of 10 months ,it is completely dead now ,not sure that it really made any kind of a difference to my RV ‘s electrical performance at all,

GBPWD50-EPO-H not working I bought a PWD50-EPO-H and installed it correctly in my 2023 Airstream. When plugged into a 110 outlet in my storage area, I get a E6 error message. E6 is "Line Two Neutral Reversed" - it isn't wired wrong. I checked the electrical outlet and it is wired correctly. I tried two different 110 to 50 Amp connection adapters, one new and one I've used and had for 10 years. I have called Hughes 5 times, and noone ever answers. I have left a message, three days later no returned call. Apparently they have NO technical support. I am super disappointed, and can't use my RV. Update.............. 5/2/2023 After posting this review, Hughes called several times and were very nice. As it turns out, after leaving my RV plugged in for about eight minutes and the WatchDog resetting 2 or 3 times, the error magically disappeared, without me making any wiring changes. I then unplugged and replugged in the RV several times, and still no errors. I pray it stays this way forever. I am looking forward to the Bluetooth connectivity. Being optomistic here.

GBLove my Hughes Autoformer Love my Hughes Autoformer. Bought it because we camp all over the country and some parks just don’t care about spending money to upgrade their electrical distribution system. One parks system even welded one of the prongs of my plug into the receptacle. The park that we overwinter at has terrible spikes in voltage. Haven’t had any problems with my coaches equipment when using your product.
