I had an iPad that was gathering dust as an expensive paperweight, and the only way I could trade it in through my cell provider was to apply the (meager) credit to another device purchase. But, it was the significantly higher trade-in value that sold me on their service. I'll admit I was nervous about getting the quoted value since I haven't traded in a device before and didn't know what to expect. The process was smooth, and they provided the resources needed (save the actual shipping materials like the box, packing tape, etc.) so I could ship the item in the condition they needed (information wiped and fully charged). The only downside was the processing time they took to verify my item was in the condition I specified – about 2 weeks – before they sent the money.
