Amazing Customer Service!!!! Amazing Customer Service!!!! I purchased some DJ equipment and had it delivered to Canada as the product is not available here. The product arrived damaged, no fault of DJ Deals, the supplier didn’t package the product adequately. DJ deals went out of their way to make it right, refunded the damaged product and was very responsive through the whole process! I will continue to use DJ Deals in the future, highly recommend this company!!

Fantastic Service! I'm more than satisfied with both the service and the selection of gear on DJDeals.com. I've spent plenty of time looking for various deals or lower prices online and I've realized that looking elsewhere is always a waste of time; no one offers prices lower than they do. As a customer now and for the future, I am very satisfied!!

I was a little scared after reading… I was a little scared after reading some of these reviews but I got my Faderfox mx12 just over a week after ordering it. They are legit. I don't think they store (have in stock) all the merchandise they sell. I think that may be why all the negative reviews... I gave them one less star because I don't think their communication is great. They are difficult to get in touch with. Anyway, I'm happy I got my order sooner than expected.

No accountability for their own… No accountability for their own mistakes! Their label generator has a bug in it that removed my street address. So UPS was unable to deliver it and sent it back. I told them what happened and they said I labeled it incorrectly?!?! I sent them screenshots of their own email confirmation showing that the correct address was there and they told me to order another one. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They keep saying I chose the wrong shipping method, but again, they're not listening to the issue. Their system literally sent it without a street name and street number, so UPS couldnt deliver it and had to return to sender. What does that have to do with speed of shipping?
