GBOld Head This is the 3rd one of these that we've purchased. One reason is the affordability and another is simplicity. From one of the old heads at 63 you don't need all the bells and whistles. Bells and whistles are just more complicating to some of the older folks. One problem and a big one to me is the replacing of the screens. Overall it has always been a hit with me. Thanks for the opportunity to speak.

GBThere were problems, but Vapor.com made it better… After my first vaporizer was inoperable when delivered, it was replaced with a better model. There was a mix-up with getting the replacement to me, but now everything is great. The new vape works like a charm. Because of the temperature settings, my experience has been/is beyond my expectations.

GBThough I received my PAX 3 basic kit… Though I received my PAX 3 basic kit missing everything but the actual vape, I presume this error happened on the manufacturing end and vapor.com was not to blame. Gabby was incredibly helpful in rectifying the situation, analyzing various ways for me to most quickly receive the missing parts. By the end of our discussions she had created a fair as well as generous remedy to the situation. I appreciate this high level of customer service hugely. Well done, Gabby!

GBI made a mistake ordering some screens… I made a mistake ordering some screens for my Volcano and after contacting support, they simply mailed out replacement screens and only charged me the difference in price. It was not necessary that I return the wrong sized screens either which saved me even more time and trouble. Superior support.
