Wonderful customer service! I want to change my rating to 5 stars. The product would not hold my Samsung S9 phone because of the Otterbox case which put it over the 11mm limit. However, the customer service I received from Dockem has been excellent. They have gone the extra mile and were willing to replace the item for the Dockem 2. Unfortunately my phone was still too thick. The Dockem is a wonderful item, but please measure your phone or electronic device before ordering to make sure it is the right fit. Thankyou Dockem!!!

This matching credit card holder and… This matching credit card holder and ipad sleeve are sophisticated and classy. Aesthetically, they are superior to the common products found elsewhere. The ipad sleeve is the second one I bought. That says it all.

The slots where the cards go needs to be relaxed more. The slots where the cards go is very, very, very tight. If it was able to be more relaxed that would help. I find it difficult to pull one card out since the slots are too rigid. I suggest relaxing them just enough that the cards can be removed without feeling as though it is a tug of war between my fingers and the slots.

It lasts about two years with heavy daily use taking my phone in and out the sleeve many times a day. Ultra simple. Meets my needs perfectly.

Dockem will always have my support I have been using Dockem mobile accessories for a number of years now. I believe they make products that punch above their price points. Also, they are an American company which is a wonderful bonus. I ordered their saddle leather wallet slip case for my iPhone 11 Pro. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I ordered the Pro Max version until it arrived in my mail box. Fortunately, dealing with their customer service was an A+ experience. They understood my situation and offered to send me the correct one with no questions asked. I wanted to send back the “mistake” but they insisted that I don’t waste my time doing that. However, I know a couple of people who have that size phone who could benefit from dockem’s workmanship of the case. So, hopefully it will still get some use. They are a great company to support and I will continue to do so as they support the mobile devices I attain.
