GBThe slots where the cards go needs to be relaxed more. The slots where the cards go is very, very, very tight. If it was able to be more relaxed that would help. I find it difficult to pull one card out since the slots are too rigid. I suggest relaxing them just enough that the cards can be removed without feeling as though it is a tug of war between my fingers and the slots.

GBPoor quality service - Great Product My wife ordered a case for her galaxy S10, she received a case for a S10+. I went and ordered it again, just cause I thought she checked the wrong box. I received the exact case. Quality control of shipping and product selection left much to be desired. Returning both cases. Ended up buying from Amazon b/c I knew better as to what I was getting. Update 2/12: After receiving the right case it fits and my wife loves it.
