As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.

Good overall Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.

Great experience. Didn't really have specific model in mind as I was just looking to upgrade a phone for my second line. TechTwice showed me phones and prices that were available. The one I ended up choosing was graded acceptable but to me it's more like in very good condition for a used phone. Because it's graded in acceptable condition, the price was also fantastic. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them.
