Great personalized service and top notch phone! I saw an ad for a Galaxy S4 Mini which I was looking for. Contacted the seller (Hannah @ TechTwice) and she immediately sent me several high resolution photos. Great photos. Only problem was, I couldn't visit their store because of conflicts with my own job. So Hannah took the phone off Craigslist and offered several other options to purchase the phone, including shipping it to me, which we ultimately did. The phone has a 14 day return policy so no worries there. The phone arrived exactly as promised, looking practically new. Plus it worked with Verizon immediately. Honestly, the most pleasant phone transaction ever. Great job Hannah! :)

Friends and Family In a world of pressure and sales and gimmicks, I was pleased to find TechTwice, who really enjoyed interacting with me about my new purchase. I found relief in a company who went above and beyond the mediocrity of pushy sales techniques, and thoroughly enjoyed their personal approach. While TechTwice is certainly a rather "new" company, they have the overall expertise of a company that really listens to your concerns and interests. Good overall Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.

Great service I think your service was near perfect - the value offered for my phone was higher than other companies, procedures were clear, and follow up from your support person was a nice touch. The deposit to my PayPal account was quick and accurate. Could not have asked for much more.
