The two men who delivered and installed… The two men who delivered and installed our new stove were AMAZING! They were professional, and personable, took great care to ensure no damage to our floors, and were very meticulous about the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us a 15% credit after noticing a small ding (that I wouldn't have even noticed) in the unit. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting!

No longer a loyal customer Purchased from them for years multiple large items. They used to be very customer friendly and willing to negotiate. My most recent order had to pay a crazy delivery fee with installation and recycling and found out later Costco was cheaper. Not very willing to work with customers anymore. Won’t be using them anymore.

Abt service exceptional beginning to end. My wife and I just bought a new refrigerator from Abt. Our sales person knew exactly which refrigerators to show based on the measurements we brought in. Had some quick questions to help narrow down the search a bit more. Showed us to the areas where the most likely candidates were on display and let us make our decision. The delivery people showed up when they said they would, knew exactly what they were doing, finished up quickly, and were all around professionals.

Can always rely on Abt The delivery team from Abt was courteous, professional, and provided lots of information about our new appliances while on site to ensure we had no further questions. We are on the third floor of a building with no elevator, so it was NOT an easy delivery getting appliances up and down the stairs - but all went smoothly. Love this company and will shop here again!

ABT is Not a Quality Company I would strongly recommend that people stay away from ABT. If you run into any performance or quality issues, they will try to force you into accepting their solution to the problem. There are too many excellent electronic retailers. Sad to say that ABT is far from excellent – or even good.
