no refunds allowed unless the product is unopened! after doing research online about different cbd products for furbabies, i chose this company to try. i purchased the cbdfx 1000 mg oil. unfortunately, my girl hates the taste & will not take it willingly. i buy products to help my babies, not give her more stress. never thought i would have to return it but. . .so i went to the website to see how to get a refund but after reading their return policy, if a product is open, it can't be returned for a refund!!! if this company was reputable, i would be able to return the product for a full refund!

Disappointing I've had an issue with the vape kit (poor quality and spitting e-liquid through the mouthpiece) The customer services were quick enough to respond, but I feel like I've wasted my money and time. The e-liquids themselves are quite good. Also left a review on their site, which has probably been discarded, due to the negative review.

5 star customer service and great communication! But beware ordering to Finland , you can lose your money Ordered with inernational shipping from US to Finland. Package was seized by Finnish border customs. I have waited for a week and there were no update from customs. Wrote about this to cbdfx and sent them proof (screenshots from communication with FEDEX) that package was seized... Cbdfx sent out new package for free "as a one-time courtesy" like they said. 5 star customer service and great communication! Second package was also seized by customs and I lost my money 100+€

Excellent company I use the gummies non THC ones and they are fresh, strong and they work. Pricing is better then other companies. I take them for muscle spasms and nerve damage and it reduces my pain from a 90 percent to a 20 percent on a daily basis. I do take the THC ones and use less then half with a regular CBD gummy at night and sleep through. I recommend this company 100 percent, excellent customer service, excellent delivery, excellent product. The muscle lotion works very well too.

They'll misuse your personal data! The product was fine - good even. I was considering reordering when it was time. But then the endless and relentless spam mailings started. I contacted them to stop, they did not stop. I unsubscribed but they didn't stop (thus a violation of the federal CANSPAM act). I resorted to leaving a critical review on their page. But my review is not displayed on their product reviews. Apparently they suppress critical reviews to falsely claim that "real customers" are all giving 4-5 star reviews. They might have decent products, but they will sell, share, and abuse your personal information to no end even violating federal law in doing so. I look forward to the class action lawsuit against them. Stay far far away from this company.
