The shipping department is a joke The shipping department is a joke. I have placed several orders over the last several months and 90% of them have had some sort of issue where I have had to call in only to get excuses, the occasional shipping refund, etc. It's the holidays now so they get to use that as their new excuse. I called on 10/1 because the credit code I was given didn't work. I had to place my order through the rep who assured me since it was still several hours before their cutoff time my order would go out that day. It's now Monday the 4th and it JUST went out. I will not be purchasing through them again. I've had enough!

Don't bother with them! Absolute joke! Can't really comment about the product, but don't feel any different now from when I started taking the oil drops. Prices on their website are hugely inflated, always offering discounts when in fact if you go to their store on Amazon, you'll find the products much cheaper. They say they have no control over those prices but it is their store, not just Amazon selling their products. What I thought was a deal would have been £10 cheaper on Amazon. I really wouldn't bother with anything they sell.

No issues for me whatsoever I’ve ordered from them twice now on 3 different Products (Gummies and Tincture) I’m new to the world of CBD, so I can’t confirm quality of the products…i’m still learning. I can say, that the ordering process was easy, shipped and received on time. Packed well, sealed well. Seems fresh and as it’s exactly as expected. That’s my experience anyway.
