Dead batery or defective charger? I bought a Fuji refurbished camera and the battery was expired and would not hold a charge. I turned to Batteryheads for a new battery and charger. I received both in a prompt manner; however, after charging the new battery with the new charger, no luck. It could be the camera... Not sure at this point... Would have given a five for quick shipping and customer service...

Great experience This was my first experience ordering a battery from this or any other online company. It was easy to order through the website, and my battery arrived when it was supposed and in brand new condition. What more could one ask for?

Excellent Service Batterheads.com had the digital camera batteries we need so we ordered two. We chose ground delivery because we were not in a hurry to get them, but they arrived in a week or less. Prompt Service I originally ordered the wrong battery for my camera (I did find the array of choices confusing). My email inquiring about what steps I should take to replace it was answered probably on the same day and provided clear instructions about return. The correct battery charger was shipped promptly. Good company.
