Dead batery or defective charger? I bought a Fuji refurbished camera and the battery was expired and would not hold a charge. I turned to Batteryheads for a new battery and charger. I received both in a prompt manner; however, after charging the new battery with the new charger, no luck. It could be the camera... Not sure at this point... Would have given a five for quick shipping and customer service...

I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP … I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP laptop and the battery went dead before the warranty was up and they are refusing to replace the battery because they say the battery is discontinued by the manufacturer. Purchased battery August 27, 2016; shipped August 29th; received September 2nd. Same day shipped, RIGHT! BTW, here's the battery they say is discontinued: batteryheads .com/hp-pavilion-dv6-671731-001-replacement-battery Either way, horrible product, doesn't last, don't want to honor warranty after sale. Will not buy batteries from this company ever again. BUYERS BEWARE!

Great product, great customer service I was skeptical at first because the battery was so reasonably priced. I called the service department with a question and it took me a while to get over the shock that I was talking to a real person and she was very Knowledgeable and quickly answered my question. My battery came very quickly with free shipping. I am very happy with the product and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a battery.
