GBI was just browsing the web looking to… I was just browsing the web looking to buy some detailing equipment for my auto sales and came up came upon a YouTube Video of the Fortador plus and it got my attention. I then called and inquiried about a demo but was not able to get one so I took a chance and purchased the machine , it took a few days getting used to it but was worth it! Mr Lev answer all my questions and help me through what I needed to familiarize myself with. This machine works wonders with its steam capabilities from the interior to the exterior! I payed thousands of dollars to detail shop who did a shabby job on my vehicles but no more . You won't be disappointed !

GBFortador is a great machine when it… Fortador is a great machine when it works. The fact you have to change $3,000 in parts (apparently) at 500 hours because these pipes want to break loose, not pump water, or work in general. Than I’m proceeded to be asked by this guy Levi if I’m using the right power source, as if I haven’t been using the machine months prior no issues. This guy Levi needs to get smacked. Terrible customer service guy sounds like borat. Yes im aboutta go down to Florida myself and see what he’s about. These machines are piece of crap & they scam you for $8,000-12,000 for a piece of metal all these people should be in jail it cost $1,200 to make one of these I’m having my engineers make them as we speak.

GBSTAY AWAY!!!! As a business owner, I understand the importance of honest feedback, which compels me to share my recent experience with Fortadore. My dealings with this company have unfortunately been marred by a series of frustrations and disappointments, leading me to advise potential customers to exercise caution.I recently invested over $13,000 in their top-line steamer/extractor, a significant amount for any business. Upon delivery, the equipment arrived damaged, and the accompanying chemicals were punctured and leaked due to what appeared to be inadequate packing. This initial setback was just the beginning. Fortadore's response to this issue was less than satisfactory. While they did promise a replacement, what I received was merely a repair of the damaged unit, which was returned in a used and poorly functioning state. Moreover, there was no attempt to replace the leaked chemicals, which further added to my losses.My attempt to resolve these issues was met with an unexpected proposal from Fortadore: to charge me thrice the shipping cost, almost $2,000, and a restocking fee for returns. This approach not only seemed unreasonable but also compounded the inconvenience and financial burden already experienced.An additional concern arose from the payment methods - Fortadore insisted on wire transfers or cashier’s checks only, a stipulation that, in hindsight, might be considered a red flag regarding their business practices.In summary, my experience with Fortadore has been deeply unsatisfying and costly. Their handling of the transaction, customer service, and problem resolution falls significantly short of professional standards. I regret my decision to engage with them and hope this review helps other businesses make more informed choices.
