Even though my order, (this was my first and won't be my last), was not very large I was treated like a customer spending thousands. Commutation on shipping was up to date every step of the way. The quality of the wire I ordered was better than expected. This is a FIRST CLASS COMPANY!

GBOrdered color coded cable - received all black. I have ordered a 4/0 feeder cable. The picture showed color coded cable as well mentioned in the description: "The PVC is color-coded to enable easy identification of the cable." I have received a cable that was not color coded and the customer service refused to provide a refund or replacement even after multiple email attempts. After that, I have submitted a charge-back with the credit company and posted this review. The company representative called me and apologized for what happened. The issue was subsequently fixed and the charge-back is accepted successfully.

CAgood experience overall I had trouble passing my order, something was not working on the website for international shipping. The team was very responsive and the next day everything was fixed, i ordered my product and received it without any issue. Good experience overall.
