BAD COMPANY I ordered expensive cable from this company and they sent us one that was too short. I have tried to resolve this issue- get the correct cable sent or a refund- and they are not helping me. The customer service representative in INDIA says they can’t do anything for me. Anyone in the US actually work for this company and can help me?! Do not order from them! They’re keeping all of my money and not getting me the correct product I paid for. This is fraud until they make it right!
