They deducted $20 from the quote after assessing the phone because of dinged side, but when I pointed out this is contrary to their policy, they reversed and paid me the full quoted price. Quick, efficient, and personal customer service by email. Overall, recommended.

I wish I could give it a zero rating… I wish I could give it a zero rating simply for the fact if you don't want to accept their low ball offer you have to pay a $10 shipping fee to receive your device back. Totally not worth bothering with.
