GBAwesome company I tried Blue Blazer as they had great reviews and were offering the most for my old iPhone. Their process is easy and quick and their customer service is outstanding. Everything feels very transparent. I had long postponed selling my used phones as it always felt like such a hassle. I wish I had found Blue Blazer sooner as I can't say enough good things about them! I even totally messed up by sending in the wrong model phone and Michael helped me out by creating a new, and still competitive offer for a much older phone in order to save me the cost of return shipping. Blue Blazer is outstanding and I will absolutely be using and recommending them in the future!!!

GBExceeded my expectations! I sold my phone...Blue Blazer gave me the best price and the transaction was quick and smooth, no surprises. I received an email, good communication, a paid postage label and they credited me for my phone via PayPal the day they received it, and it was a Saturday! Yes, I recommend them! Exceeded my expectations!

GBI wish I could give it a zero rating… I wish I could give it a zero rating simply for the fact if you don't want to accept their low ball offer you have to pay a $10 shipping fee to receive your device back. Totally not worth bothering with.

GBNot who I want to do business with My phone was returned to me because they were away on a holiday. While they noted this on their website, their PO box got too full. They sent another shipping label - no big deal. The issue then came with my offer - apparently the 3 weeks it took for my phone to send there, back, and there again, they decided to drop my offer by 100$ because the new iPhone was about to come out. They handled this very unprofessionally, and I do not recommend doing business with them.

GBNot the best experience, won’t be sending my phone in The Good: This site offers a considerably higher price quote than its competitors- at least for iPhones. The Bad: In my experience with Michael, the president or owner (I forgot which), he alluded that the quote for my iPhone XS (valid for 15 days) would not be honored because of the recent launch of the new iPhone 11. He worded it as “these are different times” The Ugly: I responded with “Isn’t that the point of locking in a quote?” And since then the responses have stopped. Overall: in my experience, Michael was not rude or anything, in fact very polite. But as a business, To even remotely allude that you don’t honor the quotes provided for the specified time just doesn’t seem really professional. Notwithstanding, This may only be an issue for people who intend to sell their phones around a time when that phone’s value could be compromised by a newer versions release date (which defeats the point of trading in phones (locking in a quote) before getting the newer version... Next time I’m going to Reddit to see what others would do in my situation.
