They deducted $20 from the quote after assessing the phone because of dinged side, but when I pointed out this is contrary to their policy, they reversed and paid me the full quoted price. Not who I want to do business with My phone was returned to me because they were away on a holiday. While they noted this on their website, their PO box got too full. They sent another shipping label - no big deal. The issue then came with my offer - apparently the 3 weeks it took for my phone to send there, back, and there again, they decided to drop my offer by 100$ because the new iPhone was about to come out. They handled this very unprofessionally, and I do not recommend doing business with them.
