GBYet another Xiber outage Yet another outage that Xiber just can't seem to fix for the second day in a row. I have no other options for Internet and am forced to pay them each month by my landlord. Xiber has also failed to provide promised speeds of 250Mbps up and down since last November. Tech support has no idea why. There seems to be no state regulatory agency to report Xiber to either.

GBCustomer service representative Customer service representative, Elizabeth, Dayna from customer service on the phone/text and the Technician that was sent to my apartment (Nick) were all extremely helpful, professional and you could just tell they genuinely cared about my situation. There were different engineers at Xiber that created temporary work and passwords and then there was a router issue that was causing issues inside at my apartment after about a week of having issues a technician was sent out name Nick who fixed everything and was very helpful in helping with getting me connected on my laptop TV, and helping out with downloading the Roku TV app so he just went like the extra mile to get everything expedited in a timely manner even though he had been doing this for years it was like he figured out some of the other issues that Was causing other issues with connection. I’ve been in Customer Service management for many years and was so impressed with the whole team at Xiber . Hi FIVE everybody at Xiber!!! Thank you Mr Arnett

GBBenjamin: Amazing; Xiber: Mediocre; I wish I could rate Xiber and support representative Benjamin separately. I had a support ticket left completely unassigned and without response for over a month. However, once I was able to find time to try a phone call, Benjamin took my call and was incredible to work with.
