Highly recommended! I rent a mobile wifi hotspot from Vision Global WiFi anytime I travel abroad. I’ve done my price research online and their price is seriously the BEST! Ordering process is very simple and the service is great as well. They reply to your email very quickly when you need help or any questions.

Until it stopped Until it stopped, the Wifi device worked as expected. However, after using 5-10% of the purchased bandwidth, the device showed that I was at the limit and stopped working. The device and the company insist that i used all 500mb. I monitor the usage on my laptop and I used approximately 35mb of data TOTAL. No where near the 500 claimed. Luckily I was able to use public wifi to complete my trip. So my conclusion is that unless you purchase unlimited bandwidth, this device is completely useless.

However Vision Global Wi-Fi has extremely low speed (about 2G speed). I called several time to your company, the staff was nice, however they can't solve extremely slow speed issue.

excellent battery My husband I rent the router when we went to Taiwan for one week. The battery of each was so long, therefore we could use the phone whole day. That is most important thing when using in other country.

Great experience Having a mobile WiFi hot spot device made it easy to get around Japan. There are multiple options to get your hot spot after paying online--either in person or by mail. All were reasonable prices. I will use this service in any future travels.
